Author Topic: Schnitz Racing Fan Switch Install **updated with Fairing shots**  (Read 7433 times)

Schnitz Racing makes a fan switch for the 99-07 Busa HERE In their installation instructions your told to de-pin the stock connector and cover the leads with shrink wrap insert the two leads into the plug and use rtv silicone to secure them.

I thought that wasnt a very good idea so I used a plug from a 0BD1 Honda civic engine harness but any 0BD1 Honda Car harness would have at least one of these plugs present.

nice secure fit just like OEM...




took me all of 20 minutes to do this trick...

And do you also have a pic with the bodywork on the bike because i heard the connector sticks out off the bodywork than?

LOL    Looks like a IAC or IAT sensor plug. I have more civic and integra harnesses then I know what to do with.
