Well since Bill's bike is not currently for sale, I guess you are...

Anticipatin a whoopin has to suck.

You always have the PR machine though!

Realistically, the Hammer is not the same bike that it was when Charlie sold it. If you have seen it in person, you would know that. I also believe that the engine has been rebuilt more than once.

Honestly, these kind of petty responses have no place in racing, or this thread. Personally, I do think that Bill will run the best #'s at Loring, but I don't see a need to insult anyone in the process.

Good luck to all!  :thumb:

Shane

There is a good likelihood that Bill will be the first to go 280 MPH if the conditions are right at Loring and he gets a clean pass.

Having said that, I also think that Joe could pull off a 280+ pass at Bonneville this year if the conditions are favorable and his engine stays together.

Amen to both those possibilities, hope I'm there to see it.

Sorry you will miss the fun up North this year, maybe see you at WOS?

I am sorry to hear about your hand Shane.

I just got done with a 2,800 mile ride with my friends, and the carpal tunnel and arm pump was killing me most of the time.

It would definitely NOT be a good idea to race at the level you are at with that condition.

I have had two bad surgeries in the last two years, so I can relate.  Good luck with your surgery.

That is ugly for the wallet.  I can稚 complain because I get paid when I go to school and it was a voluntary assignment.
