Used 2008 Busa

Don't own a Busa yet but I'm looking at one and figured this is the place to go for info on it.  I'm looking at a 2008 Busa with 8k miles on it.  Its been dropped once that I know of but it has just minor scratches on it that you have to look for to see. 
At 8k miles what should have been done to the bike at this point regarding maintainance?  It is my understanding that the motor is vertually bullet proof so I'm not too worried about that.  With this amount of miles on the bike what am I looking at in the near future as far as maintainance is concerned? 
The bike has new rubber on it and I know OF the person that owned it.  He is a 59 year old I'm sure did the required oil changes.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.  I usually don't buy used bikes because one never knows how it was cared for. Thanks

Get reciepts and service records.  Go to the dealership where he had it serviced and ask them if they're familiar with the bike.

*Edit*  I do all the maintainance on my bike (minus the first oil change).  I'm more than qualified to handle the mechanical end of the bike.  If that's the case with your current owner... you can either trust him or not.
