Factory Shift light

When does the factory shift light suppose to come (@ what rpm)? :grn: Or do I haft to manually turn it on and adjust it to the desired rpm? :?: :shock:

you have to make sure it is on and then set it at the rpm u want it to come on...  :thumb:

Thanks, I figured it out. In the manual it dosent say that the on/off switch hast to be on to change it. It just says hold down select button and turn ignition on... But I finally got it...

Keep in mind, the factory tach snd shift light is not very accurate. On my 08 its off by 700rpm, my 09 500 rpm. This we verified on the dyno using the coil wire.

11,000 on the tach was 10300 or 10500 respectively.

Ok, thanks for the heads up... I have my 09 set at 8500 rite now. Im still in the break in stage (132 miles on it)
