All you need is the URL from the embed link, so delete everything but the URL in the "quotation marks":

http://www.youtube.com/v/IxAKFlpdcfc?fs=1&hl=en_US

highlight it and click the "Insert Flash" button -->

Then change dimensions to match the embed link dimesions, 480x385 in this case:
