Simple and clean, easy to build too after what you've already built, should be a great bang for the buck and fun to ride  :tu:

I did not realise there was a difference in wiring harnesses. The motor I got was a 2007, so is the harness. The rest of the bike is 2003, I plugged everything in and when I turn the key on, the right flasher was on instead of the headlight, when you put the flashers on the headlight flashes.... weird, Once I closely inspected my old cut up harness and compaired it to my new 2007 one, the pins in some of the plugs are not the same, the amount of wires is also different.... now I am looking for 2007 controls I guess ...???? anyone else run into this....

I did the same thing.  The newer handle bar controls have extra wires for the 4 way flashers.

I believe 04 was the first year of the flasher/hazzard switch in the US not sure on Canadian bikes.  US part # is: 37200-33E60 for the R handlebar switch.

thanks , found a set of 07 controls, I also found out that you can just re pin the plugs to match each other, a little work but that will work also..
