itching to go to the track and see what she will do!

put bike on diet! lowered tank, Catalyst 3/4 upper and 1000 wheels! shaved about 20 lbs off of bike! hope to run some 8.20's@175mph

What kind of times was it running before this transformation???

best was 39 with 18-20#'s with not shifting the last gear at about 1000ft. consistant 60's - 70's on 11# boost

You leave the race fuel in...How long will/do you let it stay...Any problem with leaving it in...

Well i have had very good luck with the C16.....i would never leave any of the oxigenated stuff in anything....i have seen some nasty injectors and valves from that stuff.

The C16 has not cause me any problems with the exception of corrosion. on my Turbo Bandit i have steal headers (not stainless) and that C16 will eat them up in no time. So i TRY to make it a habit to get the C16 out when i dont plan to ride them for awhile. I will run them on pump gas off boost just to get some black soot in the pipes.

Must be nice to have access to a mobile dyno...The nearest dyno shop to me is 75 miles...

Well, well, recently found out a few locals with motor baby bottle fed bikes are upping the stakes this year...I thought well maybe just maybe a change here a little there and some major seat time and they'll see me getting little quick on their ass...But I'll be happy if the motor holds and they can do as they wish...It only cost admission to watch...

Finally got me an enclosed trailer 6x12 v neck...Starting to set it up...It's really going to be nice to be able to protect the bike and carry all the goodies to make track days comfortable!!!

I'm in Jackson, TN we have a 1/8th mile track here...Alot of the guys go to Memphis for the 1/4...I haven't advanced beyond the 1/8th...

yeah man 1/4 better for turbo IMO! i like the big end power. i only can get 5.50's to 5.60's 1/8 mile.

Shit I can't get close to those numbers...I've lost a couple of motors and have never had everything running right at the same time...I hope I'm getting close...If this motor holds I'ld be tickled with a high 5...

Velocity stage 1...Stock injectors...66"...Got some adjustable links to put on it and strapped in front...I believe the turbo is a T28...Nothing aftermarket with the suspension other than the arm...

Gotta pull motor, 2nd gear was doing the infamous kicking out, so tranny work. Maybe some motor work, but I really want to go turbo in the next year to 2.
New exhaust, and body work.

What are you considering as far as the motor???Be sure and get the tranny undercut!!!Are you running a stock exhaust now???Hate to see you buy an exhaust with your plan of going turbo...Is your body work paint or fairing replacement???

Looks like your running good now...Also noticed upgrade to stage 2...Is this your current build plan or had you already gone stage 2 and just freshening up the motor???

Never got a chance to run in stage 2 trim. Had a unfortunate mishap with the turbo on the dyno(prob my fault). Stage 1 was @ 234hp@7 psi. Stage 2 with c16 fuel being tuned to 20 psi hopefully high 300's

Thinking stock intake cam on exhaust side for now. Yeap planning on sending it to RCperfromance, and getting anything they say I need done done. I got "fast by ferracci" I picked up used hasn't ever fit right and it melted both my lowers. I agree I had buying things I know I ain't going to use over, and since my bike is lowered and stretched I hit even the stock header and crush'em. It was just paint work but now it's replacement stuff.

The cam swap is good for a few hp down low so you'll like that and it can remain with a turbo app...You going with aftermarket fairings or stock???

Finally got of my butt and ran a eletric cord to my storage...Put a little trickle on the battery...Hope I got it before the cold killed it...Otherwise just looking for a few little things to pick up and I'll be good to go...

I runn two intake cams i have my set at 110/110 and boy does the bike like to rev. if you keep the number about 106/108 you should get a good all around increase but if you are going to be running a turbo and at the track i would suggest higher numbers....

By the way went out saturday and topped my best time yet......finally got a warm and fuzzy about the multi -stage got some low 1.4 60's and dipped below the 8.5 mark again but this time even quicker. Did this with less than 20# boost. Felt good to have a productive track day and everything run good for not being ran since October.

My buddies bike ran well also he has a 08 naturally aspirated with some minor mods and about 3 inch stretch.....he can get that thing to dip below the 9 sec mark...man the Gen2's run!

Got parts ordered,cut headlight,clutch pak,wheel stripe kit,got to adjust the shock and before i even attempted to get anything done bam tranny went out in the suburban way to start 2011 huh? but imma bounce back
