anyone heard from Charles @ Street & Track?

Anyone heard from Charles @ Street & Track? I sent him a payment for a 19t sprocket on Dec 1, 2010 and havn't got a sprocket or a email. I sent a email last week and havn't heard back. Are they on vacation?

I got ahold of Street & Track through paypal and my sprocket is on the way. It is confermed through USPS tracking.
