I made one. Made 303 or 304 hp with it. Might still have a drawing of it...not sure where though. It was made as a drop in replacement for a single dry nozzle. Threaded end was the same as a dry nozzle to accept a jet and the fitting, other end contained a 4way outlet to go to each TB stack.

p/n   7590A41 for the needles
p/n 5173K72 fo rthe tubing
p/n 51495K181 or 5779K102  for the push to connect fittings

You can also just put a small hole in each of your TB stacks and push the 1/8" tubing into it. MAY not be quite as effective as the needles as they MAY create a slight increase in air velocity going into your stacks, but It really doesn't make much difference unless you are trying to win a hp increase per gram of nitrous competition or something.

Now I see.... bloody hell here I am trying to use 4 individual jets....

I built a 4 nozzle set up with 4 foggers and 4 jets and a rectangle distribution block. I was going to re-look at it as the new set up needs to be more precise....

4 jets works as well. The MPS spraybar has 4 individual jets.

But I would say a bit more interesting to calculate which jet you would need... As a miss cal on just one size is compounded by 4.

A single jet makes more sense and cheaper as jets start to get up there when you are messing around with 4 at a time..  What would you think about 1 shower head and 4 foggers?

Yes those are all of my components that I use for my Spraybars but I also CNC machine my own Showerheads and the Threaded fittings in the bar itself.

So once you price everything you will see that I dont make money on my spraybars.

See attached distribution block for spraybar that I made and used. This style was meant to be inserted into existing dry nozzlt holes (after drilling out to 3/8" diameter) and held in place with a 3/8-24 nut on the outside of the airbox. The nitrous jst goes into the end of the block and a -3 line is attached, the same as with a dry nozzle. 4 lengths of 1/8" OD plastic line are inserted into the fittings and the other ends are inserted into small holes in the TB Stacks.

May not be the best solution available, but seems to work just finr and only requires a piece of 1/2" square stock, 1.375" long to make.

Imo the best nitrous set up would pulse nos into each cyl just like an injector, which would have to be in time with each injector to get an even amount per cyl.
Any thoughts?

I have already tested sequential NItrous Injectors about 4 years ago. Cost was $1500 for each injector. That does not included the control unit.

To spray nitrous sequentially required a huge amount of Nitrous for the intake stroke to get the same amount as a continuous shot. The higher the rpm to more Nitrous is needed since the intake valve is open for only  hundredths of a second. The nitrous injector have to be able to handle the cyrogenic properties of the spray. Regular injectors of any type would freeze
