I LOST 50 LBS IN ABOUT 6 MONTHS,THEN SCREWED UP AROUND THE HOLIDAY SEASON AND GAINED 15 BACK. I AM BACK TO CARDIO 6DAYS A WEEK AND DIETING, MY GOAL IS TO DROP ANOTHER 50 IN 6MONTHS. I STARTED 2WEEKS AGO IN DROPPED 8LBS.I WILL NOT GIVE UP THIS TIME UNTILL MY GOAL IS REACHED.

Stick with it bro...I'll be starting a cardio routine soon myself...Well as soon as my back will let me...I need to drop 15 to 20 to just feel better that will put me at 230 to 235...

Thanks guys. well today was week 3 weight in I am kind of disappointed week 1-4lbs,week 2-4lbs ,week 3-1lb.I will update it weekly. Just look at it as 1more lb closer to my goal. :thumb: :thumb:

Looks like your doing fine...Remember for the weight you lose in fat it is replaced by muscle which is heavier...So it's a win, win situation!!! :tu:
