Woo Hoo 280 in shorts with no shoes, I'm going to try and do like Bill is doing, a couple of pounds a week instead of a crash diet and lose 10-15lbs in the first week. I actually decided to go jogging this evening, my goal was 2 miles
after a 1/2 mile I was walking fast
then I would jog awhile then walk awhile. I remember the good old days when I would work out everyday and run 2-3 miles a day. That was 20yrs ago!! I was actually in good shape and weighed 235-240, wore 36 jeans and my chest stuck out farther than my belly did. I'm 42, and I'm going to get back in shape if it kills me!!!!!
