02 sensor eliminator

can some one tell what the purpose of 02 sensor eliminator  and are there a pics on the intall for k8 busa ...I know 330 resistors are used but i need a step by step explaination  thanks

to eliminate the 02 sensor, brock sells the plug and play setup, just plug it in, very easy.  or if you are using ecu flashing just turn o2 sensor off and no fi code
