I'm assuming this is just a track bike.  Its gonna be expensive to get 300hp on motor with no NO2 or turbo.  The cheapest way would be to use turbo or NO2.  Call any of the sponsors here to get a price.  Be prepared to empty your wallet.

Get your very fat wallet out and be prepared to watch it empty.

Carpender racing has an all motor package near 300hp.

you wont be able to ride that bike everyday not unless you are making that power with a turbo.

Sell your bike now before you get hurt. That, or save the money you wold have paid for more power and get a wide tire kit and some LED's instead.
Any day on a motorcycle like this that ends just needing parts and labor is a good day.

You have to pay to go fast.  You may want to consider nitrous or turbo.

The above actually appears to be pretty good advice!

Please tell us why you think you need 300 HP and what your riding experience is.
I'd also suggest you buy some good gear ( leathers, Aerostich, or Motoport Kevlar) that way at least you could do a real life product review.
