The only thing I see that might be illegal for mps is the height of the hump.

I've got a tech question for ya, if you don't mind.

How are you keeping EGT in check?  I'm seeing some very high exhaust temps after spraying 0.5 mile or more.

With engine design + MoTec. :)

"Little issue"... we have Woikoski, a local gas company as sponsor and plan is that they can deliver nitrous oxide to us in USA. But there seems to be some issues and we would need a "plan B". Can someone point out where we could get nitrous oxide near Bonneville (Salt Lake City?) if our plan A doesn't happen? Thanks in advance for any help!

(considering how much you are spraying) Make sure you have filters in place when using nitrous from the states.  We have a bunch of Sulfur Dioxide added to ours.

Bill's death was shocking news to Finnish land speed community as well. I've read every article I've found about it and my respect to him is enormous. R.I.P.

But thanks to entropy and RansomT!

We don't have filters in the bike's NOS lines (we have tested that it restricts the flow too much) but do have filters in the refill station. Hope is to have one big bottle (for rent?) which we can use to refill the 10lb bottle(s) for the bike.

Lot's of things still to do... it's funny how it every time goes to last night before everything ready, no matter how much time you have beforehand. We should deliver our stuff to DHL on Tuesday, day after tomorrow...

Too late now, but you will probably be hit with fumigation costs because of the wood frame

ours is all steel policy now after the first time we got that fee and the extra day or so in customs

Looks good though  , all packed up well

we have to be more carefull of packing for the ship, 6 weeks of hull/engine  vibration can rub all sorts of things

Thanks for the tip Oz. The box is 100% made of plywood to avoid the thing you mentioned.  :tu:

My bottle covers fit most every valve for a 2.5 bottle but not the 5lb bottle valve.

Your achievements are awesome, great job you guys, it's great to see folks breaking the 230's with NOS.
