I saw Brock Davidson post it on facebook and thought there was going to be some "April Fools" style reply....haven't see one yet so I assume it's legit.

WOW.

Is Ricky gadson at this event had a friend asking...

Nate: Ricky has been parked next to Jen - she raced with Ricky in the AMA Super Sport class. He was wondering on Saturday how Jen went so fast in the wind.
She told him that the wind conditions were not really that bad compared to what we have seen at the Texas Mile.

Bill has personally invited Jen to run on Monday with a small group of other riders. Jen needs a couple MPH to get a class record. Thanks Bill - Your in a league of your own.

Racetrack - wish I could be there but my health will not let travel that far.

Texas, was well represented at Loring this year :thumb:    by far... the most participants, & spectators from any state I'm sure. :thumb: :thumb:
(at least on bikes).
I would like to mention...that a young, new rider....."Charlie" from San Antonio, that drove up with the "California Kid", I think broke his class record 3-times :tu:
running a ZX14, with a dry nitrous shot, tuned by Johnny Cheese went 221.xxx..... :tu: :tu:   Congratulations Charlie!!
He probably would have gone faster if the cross winds hadn't got so bad this afternoon.

My friend, Bruce Keene, having never ridden a "busa", nor ever, had run close to 200, (R1 Yamaha rider) ran a 203.98 on his 3rd pass, with my scooter today :tu:
Congratulations Bruce!

So much fun....with such great people!!!

MMMMMAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNN!!!   "Wild Bro" Is truly AWESOME!   Congratulations Bill. :tu: :tu:

Bob

Charlie rode the wheels off his bike! Every full pass on nitrous set and then
reset his class record. (212, 216, 219, 221.18mph final record)
He definitely could have gone faster, gearing, low bottle pressure, and sidewinds held him up.

I'm so proud of this guy, and would like to thank him for the opportunity to rebuild the engine
and set up the nitrous system on his bike. In March @ Texas after going 201 in those winds
and getting his Tshirt, his engine expired. He did alot with a very basically stk motor.

Also many thanks to Johnnycheese for letting us get on the dyno only days before he had to leave.
Lastly, thanks to Jim or Dean, whoever it was (Charlie couldn't remember) that lent him the 19T sprocket.
Without that he would have been stuck at 212mph. LSR racers and TFA are the best group of people you will find anywhere!

Way to go Charlie, keep representing for the Kawi's!  :thumb:
Just 1/2 fast!
Personal Best so far:
