Recently did a deal with him, and mistakenly received the wrong part.
He apologised and more than made up for the mistake in a timely manner
I understand stuff happens, and luckily I was in no hurry. So all turned out well, and would not have a problem doing business with him again. Communiction was great and kept me updated on what was going on
