Fuel pump and power commader not working!! any ideas

I am not sure if this is related or not,But I have been working on bike trying to clean up some wiring now the fuel pump is not comeing on,and I don't see the usual light on power commander when you turn kill switch on.

Make sure you have the Power Commander wire to the right side of the battery.
