I was looking for a 1k to start doing some track day's when a friend of mine called me up to tell me about this bike,so I went to look at it and I couldn't resist and bought it two day's later, lol. It came with alot of extra's BST carbon rims and other carbon add-ons/fender/rear cowel/license plate bracket ect.,tailor made GP style exhaust with carbon panels- pc3 and dyno tuned, gel seat, puig double bubble windshield, set of stock chrome rims with michilin pilot tires mounted on them, plus all the stock parts that came off it. The bike is a hand full and fun as all hell to ride, changes direction like a 600 with the BST rimes on there, cant wait to do some track day's on her.

:tu: Very nice, I like the color combination. What was the rear wheel horse power number after the dyno tune? You know those BMW's can be a little pesky. LOL

The bike made 164hp up from 158hp stock so it picked up 6hp according to the original owner with the the Tailor Made slip on,only because it gets rid of the CAT which also saves you some weight,it's abit louder than I would like but I can't stand my neighbors, lol. I'm going to bring it to my dyno guy for a once over anyway to double check the tune.

Nope, all models, 79-82 were six carb versions but there are quite a few after market turbo add-ons I've seen at CBX meets.  79s and 80s were nekkid twin shock models and the 81s-82s were Pro-Link mono shock models with full fairings and slim hard cases.  My 82 has 101,000+ on it so far.  Great touring bike.  This is my 82 on 395 in S. Oregon one year on tour.
