Hey Steve!
I highly suggest you contact Jim Higgins (FireManJim) before shipping your ECU anyplace. You know Jim, we met him at Mojave. Jim has a shop at Infineon Raceway, JT&S Performance in Sonoma California. Jim can flash your ECU and dyno tune the bike all on his "Land and Sea" Dyno-Mite Dyno. Jim's shop is http://www.jtsperformance.com/
Jim tuned my bike 2 weeks after I had it dynoed on another dyno and did a surprising job. I would publish my numbers but I know numbers are all relative to each setup. Anyway, until you have Jim tune your bike my numbers will just embarrass you. =8^) and as your Mojave bud, I don't want to do that. =8^)

Jim and his partners are stand up guys and have many years of racing experience with the records to back up their efforts.

Anybody in the bay area...
If your looking for tuning / dyno / performance work on any bike and you live in the San Francisco bay area call Jim, or take your bike to Jim... you will be glad you did.

Daveeed, Thanks Man! The ECU is on its way to Nosgsx1300. I am still going to use the PCIIIr for fuel. I am just looking for the little extras that I can't get with the pc.
  Thanks again

After all you can do in the stock ECU why are you keeping the PC3?
And running a nitrous shot? You can switch maps in the stock ecu as well. I have done 2 like that and it works great. Ran 200.4 on a stock 04 bike with 40 shot at Mojave with ecu flash.

Perhaps Slatroni is like me.  I've seen too many people scratching their heads over flashing a lil fuel or timing change at the track.
I'm barely computer literate, however I did flash my ECU's and spare ECU's for upping the limiter and removing mph restriction.

At the track i can reliably add or subtract fuel in 30sec start to finish with a Powercommander, so i'm not feeling the need for doing that with flashing.

I know a buncha folks who swear by flashing to remove extra boxes; but for me it just adds a buncha complexity for my old brain.

BTW:  will I see you at Mojave 1.5 mile in June?

Hell yea I'm doing one day of the 1mi event May 5&6, and both days at the 1.5mi event June 2 & 3.
No more tweaks and prayers for me to get my normally aspirated stock bore busa over 200mph. Although I'm confident I could bust the number just by adding a hacked 32 ecu to my current motor, with a little MR4, and a tuneup by firemanjim.
I'm done being "stock". I'm done being this >< freakn close. In May I'll be running a 1397 from APE, a Ward head, Web cams, a hacked 32 bit ECU and tuning by firemanjim.

I know I'm not asking too much from my daily ridden Bar-hopper. I wanna nasty idle, with a screaming red-line, it will run 8 sec. 1/4's, and bust 200mph in a mile. Normally aspirated, as god intended. =8^)

I'm also considering a complete airtech land speed fairing setup for my daily rider Bar-hopper. I want it to make a visual statement as well as an audible statement. Not sure yet. If any of youz guys have a used airtech fairing set lying around we should talk =8^)

Tom, I tried everthing except throwing it on the ground and jumping up and down on it. LOL! I even had two of my geek friends try to get it to work. It must have been the windows 7 that came with my laptop. If I downloaded it from the sight and loaded it up on my laptop it would start up. But after closeing it and reopening, it would go to the sight and load it from the sight. So it would no open it from my laptop. Not so good for track tuning. I am hopeing all the bugs get worked out of the software in the future so it will be plug and play like the PC and other.
It did work on my desktop just fine (I never plugged it into the ECU). But I wanted it for my laptop. That is one cool program!
