Does anyone have pics of ballast on a GenII, I have seen the brocks brick on a Gen 1 but nothing for Gen II. Thanks for the help!

dont have pics of it but if you want some tips on ballast heres a good one. take your front fender off and buy 2 boxes of lead wheel weights and stick them evenly all inside fender, then once your done have someone renforce were the fender bolts on to with fiber glass. no one would even know you have it there, my front fender weighs 14 1/2 pounds. you can also stick the wheel weights inside the fairings on the bottom

k&l  or parts unlimited sells them.
you can also stick them on the inside of your front rim but you have to make sure you spread them evenly, then you need to balance the rim. once its balanced instal a rubber wheel strip that are used for spoke rims to make sure the weights stay in place. once you put tire on balance wheel again and your good to go

inside rim creates rotating mass....not good imo...I lead my front fender and lead my front axle. Take wifeys junk kitchen pot... melt down some lead and pour into front axle while it is standing verticle obviously.

a few yrs back i had 2 steel hubs made up that sit behind
the disc rotors, basically like the drum off a drum brake.still wheelied.
a mate got a brick made up for his gen2,modelled off the gen1
brick i had but reshaped to suit a gen2,from memory
it was 6.3kg.i gave up on ballast a while back and just
learnt to ride better and pull ignition timing in first gear, that way the power returns
when u need it.
Gen1 the original and the best

I took a piece of 2 or 2.5" solid round steel about 12" long and mounted on front of case behind the header and made a brick many years ago.
