« on: March 02, 2012, 06:41:21 PM »
I have a 99 tank with a 02 to 07 ecu and wiring. I want to keep my tank and wiring but not sure of which regulator to get. i saw so many on amazon.com at a real fair price but need to know which of them i could use. i could use a little help if there someone out there to help me.

i like this one.http://www.amazon.com/Aeromotive-13205-Adjustable-Fuel-Regulator/dp/B000CFQNZE/ref=pd_sim_sbs_auto_2

this one as well.http://www.amazon.com/Aeromotive-13129-Compact-Pressure-Regulator/dp/B004084DBU/ref=sr_1_3?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1330734900&sr=1-3

this one has a nice price too.http://www.amazon.com/Aeromotive-13205-Adjustable-Fuel-Regulator/dp/B000CFQNZE/ref=pd_sim_sbs_auto_2

and this one is dirt cheap.http://www.amazon.com/Aeromotive-13205-Adjusta ble-Fuel-Regulator/dp/B000CFQNZE/ref=pd_sim_sbs_auto_2

The 13205 is a Carb regulator, not efi.
The 13109 is pretty popular.

If you are keeping your tank and wiring (and presumably your pump) you don't need a regulator.    If not, what pump are you putting on?
Any day on a motorcycle like this that ends just needing parts and labor is a good day.

Im getting a walbro 65psi pump. Getting rid of all the old stuff. Im looking to order after market injectors. So the 13109 will work?

13109 will work and is fairly compact. There are many other options as well if you are not going with AN fittings. The bosh units work well and have barbs.

What motor mods do you have? Are you planning on using nitrous / turbo?

you can use stock injectors with increased fuel pressure fairly safely to about 240hp, CBR1100XX injectors to ~275-280, Honda S2000's to over 350hp. They all can be pushed higher, just start getting very high duty cycle.

That one will work as well. Looks a little taller than a 13109, but similar specs.
