So it's reasonable to say mod for mod(pipe, flash, tune, pump gas/race gas,etc.,etc.,etc.)that the Gen II ZX-14(I guess that's what you call it,the 1441)puts out about 20 more hp across the board than the Gen II Busa? With all the different dyno readings(SAE,STD,East coast/West
coast/DA on a given day, etc.)I've seen plastered everywhere it seems a factory stock Gen II Busa puts out around 177 hp and then between 185-190+ with a pipe, tune, etc.,whereas the Gen II 1441 ZX-14 seems to average around 205-212 with a pipe, tune, etc.I know there have been exceptions(noted again where the particular dyno, operator,DA at the time, etc. is concerned)causing numbers to be all over the place, but for arguments sake we're talking an average of 20 hp difference and maybe 2-3 10/ths at the strip(with mods, conditions, etc. being equal)?I'm guessing it's a fairly "factory mild" 1441 compared to the usual aftermarket 1441 Busa build(cams, head work, etc.)but guess it would have to be for reliability, longevity, warranty, etc.?
