BILLET ALUMINUM Nitrous Manifold

Nitrous Manifold, Suzuki Hayabusa

This billet aluminum nitrous manifold bolts to the cylinder head and to the throttlebodie to create a seemless way to install a direct port dry nitrous kit.

Features:

CNC machined billet aluminum.
O-ring seal tested to 120 psi with no leaks.
Large C-rings with set screws to hold clamp firmly in place.
Fits Suzuki GSX1300R Hayabusa heads/throttlebodies only.

I have one. I think mine must be the design before this one. I tried to start the bike, but "seemed to have" a vacuum leak. I'll find out more tomorrow, so hopefully this product is not the problem.
I'll let you know. It's a VERY nice looking piece.

I would check all the connections on each TB. Also apply just a touch of oil on O-Rings to help seal. We haven't heard any complaints so far.

Nice addition to a Turbo Bike also, can run a dry shot and Boost. Not a bad idea to spool up a big turbo on the street, but I doubt it's allowed in any form of racing, unless there are no rules that is.

They all come from the same cnc if you have a problem it is generally with installation. we just had a turbo bike pushing 25psi through one. no leaks....you can also lift the engine by this part.

We found a significant problem today that was NOT related to my manifold, so as of now, we're all good.  :tu:
