LOL.  Too funny.  Karl, stay away from Google Translator.  Injudicious use of such programs might have unintended consequences.  Hint; they don’t always translate as intended.  :hys: :hys: :hys:

Jaram, Are you already in Wendover? Or anybody ... How is the weather?

I look forward to having a beer and talking Busa. I'm riding my Black piece of shit in MPF-1650-AG

I'm loading up this morning and start my drive today. I was told there are no hotel rooms through the middle of Nevada due to all the mining, I'll sleep in the truck if I need it.

What a month it's been finding my gremlins.
At least the bike is running.

Woohoo, I just booked a flight to SLC to attend the first part (Wed-Sat) of Mike Cook's Shootout!  I will be available to help Greg Watters and Scott Horner if I can, and anyone else that needs it. Lots of fantastic open-wheel bikes entered.

Plus, at least 4 MEAN 2-wheeled streamliners will be duking it out in a race to 400mph-  Ack Attack, BUB 7, EZ-Hook, and Mad Max.

Not to mention multiple wicked 4-wheeled cars and liners...

I will take lots of pics and post updates as best I can. Can't wait

Dean you lucky dog. I had planned to stay for the Shootout after WOS. Unfortunately things happening here at home will prevent that. It could well be a historic event, motorcycle wise.

Jeff, my dad and uncle are there now. I'm still in SLC. If you see them make them buy you a beer.

Sounds great Karl.  I look forward to it.  My racing partner and I are working on a new 1LE Camaro that we will bring if we get it done in time.  The primary goal with that car is to run road racing events at Miller Motorsports Park in Salt Lake City and the Silver State Classic Challenge and similar events.  But we also want to run 200 MPH in the mile so Mojave will be a shakedown event for that car if we get it done in time.  If not, I will be spectating as well.  I’m currently at Travis AFB outside Napa, CA and it is only 350 miles to the track.

That sounds awesome Dean.  I would love to be there to see that.  Hopefully the conditions will improve a bit compared to Speed Week.  However, George managed to set a record of 437 MPH and with an exit of 451 MPH, so it was doable in a good handling vehicle.  I can’t wait to see if the magic 400 MPH barrier will be broken with a motorcycle streamliner.

As Patric warned me, now I am screwed.
I can't remember what i intended to have translated, and "reversing" the process yields nonsense about belly piercing...

Yes, I overfly Sonoma twice a week on local sorties on our way to the coast and then north to Oregon or Washingon.  Look closely and you might see one KC-10 refueling another if we do a formation departure.  We sometimes overfly Brentwood as well since we do airwork demos in that area.
