Bonneville Fuel Cell requirements?

Yes I RTFM.
I've been offered a deal on a 1.5 gal fuel cell for my Busa to run at Bub.
Problem is it's plastic and I don't know if that will pass tech.
I would rather have an alum. or metal fuel cell for safety sake, however if this will pass tech I'll do it.
The AMA rule book does not say anything about what the tank must be constructed from, only that the cap can't be plastic.
Can I use a plastic fuel cell and still pass tech?

i suspect it would be ok, there are plastic tank bikes running ,big dirt bikes etc
