Well, bummer....maybe conditions will be better for World Finals.. 
MAYBE will be better.
The Salt Flats usually get less than 1/2 inch of rain
in the entire month of September, and they are
ALREADY above the monthly normal in 4 days.
As time of year advances, the days get shorter,
the temperature drops, and evaporation slows down.
Rain that used to take 2 weeks to clear
might soon take 6 weeks.
Another heavy rain, and that could be it for the year.
Soon, the problem will be snow......
