Any idea why fully functioning front brake was totally lost while running half a day in dyno ? There was nobody home. Fortunately there was a guy helping catching it coming down from dyno stand. It must have been group of micro bubbles gathering somewhere(?).

What just out of the blue?  Check your rotors! If they are bent it will have pressure then not have press. Odd how all the sudden this happens!  What yr and how many miles on the bike?

I have a Mighty Vac and I sometimes get a bike that sneers at it. I use a big syringe filled with fluid and attach to bleeder screw, forces the air up into reservoir, fast and easy!

Hey Steve....an aside from the irrelevant comments...like I said ...your method is valid.....your discrediting me...on something so mundane like bleeding I would have to say I don't care but that would be dis-ingeniousness at best. I had a shop in the 90's...along with a full time job at Boston Schools (because I needed good health care for me, my wife and 2 sons....I am a licensed Occuptional  Therepist)
While I might not be at the forefront of American LSR etc I do have a presence in the world of 2 wheels. It may not be on this continent but it does not diminish my efforts. You deserve a lot of credit for your work with Bill Warner and others.
I find it interesting that you are unable to afford others that work hard at this same sort of the thing the same luxury.
As I said ....why are you so hard on me.........I guess I did something to aggravate you or piss you off in the past. That is a line starting past my wife.
I will call you to straighten this out...it doesn't make sense.

This is my favorite method, works perfectly every time, just have to be mindful not to push fluid out of the master cly and spill it, not a big deal just takes a little care,
The older you get do you notice you start chickening out way before the bike does

It was prepared for bike show, rims painted etc, but brake lines and pads in place. After assembling everything brakes worked ok when pushing it around. Then this dyno session and totally lost the front brake. 2009 model, 23000mls, stock brake system.
Maybe the bubbles formed reading this thread.
