Rode the bike all day and all of sudden an oil leak arises and found this... Its right above the clutch rod in front of the sprocket...

Is this a vital area?

I have seen several blowed up Busa tyranny's recently, (including mine) and the cracked cases didn't look anything like that. If the C clip fails the gears can climb on top of each other and it tends to eject the final drive shaft out the upper rear of the tranny... much more catastrophic than what your picture shows.
However, Yes... your fuked. It will be interesting to understand the failure mode which caused this failure.

Good Luck!

If I was to make a guess the pin on the bearing is in the wrong spot and when the cases were tightened up they cracked, crack will continue to get bigger
