what is wrong ?

I have an 05 busa., just put about every aftermarket piece on the bike from a sproket kit to custom clutch handles also exhaust and a 4:1 ..my issue is that my bike ran just fine,until i put a power comander on. At that point the bike turnedto rrunning like crap. Why?! What could i possibly have not done or what do i not know?please this is killing me

Many more are familiar with these types of problems over me but in my understanding, after installation the PC has to be tuned or mapped to accommodate all your other add ons.  Without this mapping nothing will run right.  Scroll down and look on the left.

First unplug PC and see if that is problem, then look and see what map is in it.
