New To Forum! How Do I Post A Picture In A Topic Or Reply?

Hello everyone I'm new here to the forum and I can't seem to figure out how to add a picture into a post or reply! Can anyone help?

We have it set so you have to make a few posts first so spammers can't post porn. We still get in to a lot of work networks because we police this well.
