Blowing ignition fuse
« on: July 19, 2014, 06:35:47 PM »
New to the forum so hello! I have 2002 hayabusa with the only mod that would be of interest to my problem is the airshifter.  The air shifter works fine no fi lights or anthing plus correct shifting.  all wires are snug and insulated and clean. My problem is I keep blowing ignition fuse. Ive checked all wiring and everything looks good.  I dont have a clue. I dont have my signal bulbs in but I dont think that would be a problem.  Any help would be appreciated.

Clutch switch intermittently shorting out
Without looking at the diagram, I think the Starter solenoid is on the end of that line and could be requiring to many amps.
Do you have a book... look specifically at everything on that fuse...
You didn't say what type of shifter you have, but if you powered it from Ign, then move it elsewhere and see if that fuse pops.
