Naked 200 Club

Working on a design for a t-shirt.
What is consensus here---200 naked record or just a 200+ naked run ie-- Mojave etc. And, yes that was my bike and I did get to take part in the photo shoot.

About the club, I'll vote for the tradtional method. There aren't that many naked riders out there competing in the same class, so I don't think it will exclude many folks. Not sure about sanctions without records, maybe you could make a case-by-case decision.

No sense having a naked shirt if it was not "naked"!

And Tom, being as how I am colorblind, bike was blue in photo shoot.No idea what it is in pic----

I think recognition of folks that have run over 200 MPH
on a "naked motorcycle" is great.  A T shirt to comorate
the accomplishment is a nice idea.

When Bill Warner started his NAKED 200 MPH CLUB,
I helped him "recover" the names of those that
had "joined" in prior years.

Now, the true effort of including "everybody"
on such a list seems essentially impossible.

Will this be a "true list ?"
Or just something that
somebody "mails in a boxtop ? "

We would have to include everybody since
1969 (The first member would be Don Sliger
on a 1,500cc Royal Enfield @ 201 MPH)

we would have to include those who went over 200 MPH,
but whose names are lost, since they didn't set a record
and get "a line in the book."

We would have to include all racing at:

Beeville
Bonneville
Cape Canaveral
El Mirage
Elvington UK
Everglades Fl
Finland
Goliad
Loring
Maxton
Moultry Ga
Mojave
Sand Hills Ne
Wilmington, etc

for the last 45 years.

Remember, for MANY of the races,
results were on paper, and never
appeared on the internet.

Some of the tracks NEVER
published results.....

Some results were published on the web by
 folks like the SCTA, and then "disappeared."

Lots of research.

I ran 210.6 mph in the mile at Elvington in 2013 but it is rare these days to see anybody run without fairings,I did it because I had the bike in bits chasing a gremlin then did a couple of test runs 200 to 209 so tucked a little better to get over 210.
