Brenda Sue goes 227mph  at the Tx mile today on her 2nd pass. She's riding Fred Vance's bike which has one of larry Forstall's 1657cc KPE built stroker in it!!  Great job Brenda!!! You have mad skill!! :tu: :bike:

That's a great speed for the mile,
and a great speed for Brenda.
(It should bring her up about
30 places on the one-mile list.)

Was the bike N/A and Gasoline ?

If yes, what's the fastest N/A
gasoline speed for a woman ?

If Brenna Sue can go 227 NA / gasoline in a mile,
she has the talent, drive and skill to be the first
woman to top 270 MPH.

We just have to find the bike......

A big congratulation to Brenda and everybody involved in her team. Great speed. The women have made the headlines this season in both the Old and New World when it comes to pavement LSR.

LOL. Look around your shop Scott.  I'm sure you will find a Busa with a big turbo on it that you forgot you had.

I think that is Jennifer on my all motor bike at 229.9 in the mile and 236 in the 1.5.
Not bad for stock replacement cataylst bodywork.
I guess we are going to have to get some of that swoopy catalyst stuff that everyone else is running these days.
Here is the bike in question.

Fred you and Brenda make a stellar team...it was mentioned in another thread that
"Brenda made a pass with no lowers on" and was very successful, can you confirm...or is that too personal ?

The body on Forstall's Big Red that Mark rode to 227 back when we were kids had replacement bodywork.  It also had old technology in the engine compartment.   I wonder where that bike is now? :lrk:
