Sb6 2 step & nitrous
« on: December 17, 2014, 11:09:27 PM »
I'm trying to figure out how to wire my nitrous so it does not work while on the 2 step using a sb6. I had it wired with a 4 pin relay & the bike would not come off the 2 step with the relay hookup. So went back to the drawing board & wired up a 5 pin relay to activate a 4 pin relay & it feed back to the sb6 box again causing the bike to lose 10 hp on the dyno.

give a solid state relay a try if you haven't already. Cheaper relays use "points" that can lose connection (open and close the circuit when you don't want it to) caused by vibration. Just a thought...
