Anyone ever had a water pump leak into engine

Anyone ever had a water pump leak into engine, heard some newer dirtbikes can do this. Wondered if a Busa will do same and make chocolate milk out of the oil.

Busa has a double seal and a weep hole to let out the water if the seal leaks.  Core plugs in the head leaking is another story...

Looking at the core plugs across the top of the head, one was a bit suspect as I took a drift to all to check seating and it was only one that moved.
