Power Commander Question
« on: February 10, 2015, 08:46:11 PM »
I have a 2008 GSXR 750 that I raced for a couple years. Just purchased a 2006 GSXR 1000. My question to the group is can I take the Power Commander V and ignition module out of the 750 and install it into the 1000. I know the connectors are different, but if I hard wire it in will it function? Thanks in advance.

Don't really know, but for the cost of a power commander that  fits the bike it don't seem like its worth screwing up your wire harness, grafting in the PC you have, maybe put it in the for sale section and see what you get
The older you get do you notice you start chickening out way before the bike does
