swingarm movement
« on: February 20, 2015, 06:35:48 AM »
I'm going to be in the market for a new arm and I'm thinking evil, hardcore or maybe an Adams arm. I have a question for you guys on the movement of an arm when tightening the axle nut. How much is too much? I looked at an evil arm it seem to have alot but I have always owned modified stock arms. So I really not sure on the aftermarket arms. Any input would be greatly appreciated .
Thanks

On my Mac arm it's 10% under stock. I tighten it to about 82 ft lbs.

I'm asking what the arms move when tightening the axle. Not the torque the nut needs tightened too.
