I take it that any bike can run "naked" if just the upper and lower fairings and tailpiece are removed.
I don't suppose there are any rules regarding gauges or battery boxes cooler cores etc.

Most racing organizations have rules for
what is "streamlined, Partially Streamlined,
and un-streamlined (naked)," and the
rules are all different.
A "naked" bike in the SCTA may NOT
be "naked" in the AMA or the FIM.
Likewise, magazines call bikes
"naked" that obviously are not.
The basic thing is that there is nothing in
front of the rider that directs air around
the rider or the motorcycle.
Behind the rider is
a little more unclear.
