Auto Tune & Quick Shifter.....
« on: August 14, 2015, 03:01:57 PM »
Do they work effectively with the PCV?  Does the Auto Tune keep the map "in perfection" once downloaded into the PCV or is it just another thing to fail.

I have heard that the "quick-shifter" does a good job on the street when you set it at say 90 milliseconds around 6,000 RPMs to come on you just have to lift up on the shifter without letting off the throttle and it will effectively grab the next gear at any RPM or throttle position above 6,000 by killing the ignition for that short period of time.  Not as quick as an air shifter, but better for everyday riding.

Thoughts and info appreciated, gentlemen.

Thanks,

Davey

Never mind, I found out the quick shifter is not necessary nor the Autotuner.
