Gen2 and Gen1 fuel sender unit..........

Hy all

I use Gen2 ECU/harness on my Gen1 turbobusa and I´m planning to swap the clusters/speedoblock also to Gen2 one , because at the moment I use Gen1 clusters with Gen2 ECU and the coolant temp. is not working and speedo and fuel sender signals are acting up sometimes !!!
 Does anybody know is the fuel sender unit  the same in Gen1 & Gen2 , or do I need Gen2 sender also  :?

The fuel senders are different on Gen1 and Gen2 but Gen2 clusters/speedoblock is on the bike now with Gen1 fuel sender in tank and fuel gauge works OK  :tu:

So a Gen 2 fuel pump will work in a Gen 1 fuel tank then ???

Jep  - sender and pump will work ( but I think You can not use a OEM fuel pump for turbo application )   :tu:
