what's up with chest and back protectors?

Rules show nothing on this topic? I've heard they CAN be required. This is for BMST.
RCC turbos rock!!! Rcc- Ultra plenum, case saver, Carillo rods, Wossner pistons, APE springs/tool steel shift shafts, Ferrara valves, ARP studs, lightened and balanced crank, Boostbysmith ecu editor, AMS 1000 with CO2, 475 hp. Mac arm 0-6 over, BST carbon fiber rims. Someday I'm goin' fast!

The word I heard is that BMST has been cancelled.  :td:

Yep, BMST is cancelled. Not a good year for Bonneville.

Wow, they were all posting good news just 12 hours ago? Sounds like any chance of an easy refund of any kind is out. I can't spend another 500 on another entry  :(.  Rant over.

Wa state. Wish I had a jet and lots of money  :D. I'm afraid I'm out of lsr. Spent too much, tapped out, no longer on my bucket list. Is it too much to ask for someone to make an enclosed 5 mile course :D.

VW has a nice one in Germany with a long enuf straight stretch (5.5 miles) to get the Bugatti Veyron up to top speed, somewhere around 267 or so, if memory serves.

We all saw that video on U-tube with the BBC.

1/2 Mile events are getting pretty big lately and a few much closer to you if that's something you are interested in?
