Anybody got results on their last race of the Season qualifying last night?  Actually, I am not sure whether qualifying was last night or today.  Just tryin' to keep up with our guys.

You're a week late Dave, the race was last weekend. I ended up not going. Rodney qualified #2 with a 6.81 (Joey Gladstone was number 1 with a slightly better 6.81. Rodney ended up losing I. The semi's, but not before running more 6.80s including another 6.81@216 mph. Ehren Litten ran a best of 6.91 for the weekend and went into 2 nd round to Joey.  Terance Angela ended up winning the final against his team mate Jowy when Joey redlit with a .001 red.

SGMP was freeeezing at night  It was fun seeing all the classes i dont normally get to see like pro open where DME ran a 6.46@220.   That track is def ran differently but i had a good time.

This is the shittyest season we have had around here in a while for bike riding, and as usual, bikes runing like a champ and its colder than crap out, and as we all know the older we are it seems the cold sucks worse  :(

Especially on a fast bike like yours.  I have found 2 t-shirts, one leather vest, a semi-fuzzy pull-over shirt and my outside leather jacket to be effective for me.  Can ride at 55 all day like that.  50 is my cut off point.  It ain't no fun in the 40's and the tires never seem to want to get warmed up.  Road stays cold all day.  Recipe for a hi/low side if ya ask me. 

Remember that one Indy 500 a few years ago that was started in 60-degree weather.  Cars were making too much horsepower in the cold air and tires were not gripping on the cool track and everyone ended up in the "wall" right from the start.  Shit happens.

That was a awesome  event. There was a live stream and I watched it all day was like being there. It's crazy if you aren't running  6,s  you are not running with the leaders. Got to have money to run like that pushing and leaning  on the equipment  big time.
