Well, it's done - I came down from a 1543cc beast (85mm over 68mm) to a 1400cc torque monster (81mm over 68mm). The motor still has all the goodies in it: Carpenter head, Carrillo rods, Marine Crank, Web cams (385/360). Why did I do it? The +4mm bore was overheating like mad!! I haven't had a chance to ride it yet because of some family issues but my tuner said she runs really nice. I can't wait to throw a leg over her! I'll be sure to come back and give input on this build.
