It's looks like all the footage was filmed on Sunday. Sunday was forecast to be a complete rain-out and after the crash followed by the rain on Saturday, more than 1/2 the pits packed up and went home. In addition, Sunday morning was either on hold due to a wet track or was limited to sub-150 mph passes. By the time we could run full bolt, the wind had kicked up to a heavy quartering head.
Not dissing on folks, but a lot of people don't realize that most of the very fast successful runs are accomplished within 2-3 hours of sunrise, when the weather/winds are the most favorable. They show up at the track late to film some fast vehicles, and most of them are in the pits. We don't have track lights to run at night.
