Charging output

Manual says at least 13.5 volts at5k with high beam on
Just rebuilt my charging system new stator  rectifier all new wiring and every connection is soldered at 5k I’m putting out about 13 volts at idle I’m putting out 13.5  charges better at idle   Had the same output before I redid the charging system. The only thing running that’s not stock is a Walbro fuel pump
Is this normal??

Every Suzuki I have tested charges better at idle than at speed
Nitrous is like a hot chick with STD'S...You know you wanna hit it but your just not sure of the consequences.
