How much HP is anybody using on a built turbo motor with ARP 3/8 head studs .

 Over 600.
RCC turbos rock!!! Rcc- Ultra plenum, case saver, Carillo rods, Wossner pistons, APE springs/tool steel shift shafts, Ferrara valves, ARP studs, lightened and balanced crank, Boostbysmith ecu editor, AMS 1000 with CO2, 475 hp. Mac arm 0-6 over, BST carbon fiber rims. Someday I'm goin' fast!

I think thread is already bigger as stock

 I know they make 10 mm. I switched from APE to ARP at my last rebuild.

3/8 might be 11/10 mm

Anything over about 525 on a normal configuration risks lifting the head and is better suited with 1/2" studs.

You can make 600+ with 10mm, but there is a much greater chance of lifting.
Any day on a motorcycle like this that ends just needing parts and labor is a good day.
