Jack shaft rubbing ?....bearing shot maybe. Sounds like it's resonating through the swingarm. Not the rear wheel, or the trans.

Are you sure the chain isn't rubbing on the guard?

That's kinda what I was thinking. Put the bike on a rear stand, gear neutral, and spin wheel by hand. See where your ears lead you.

does it do it moving forward?
My rear rotor makes a weird noise while rolling the bike backwards,   nothing forwards     thinking it is loose pads with a slotted rotor on mine

I will throw in a guess,
the swingarm sides are not sraight and when tightened it squeezes only one side of the bearing inner race and it twists, this happened in my friends bike.
It can be checked by loosening the rear axle nut a little, if the sound changes it can be it.
It does not help replacing the bearings,

yes it was doing it back and forward..  i was just on a slight hill when recorded thats why i was just rolling back.

Is the chain alignment correct? You can put the bike on a stand and roll the rear tire, then observe where the sprocket teeth are riding between the 2 sides of the chain. No idea how to align if it’s off, but it’s worth a check. I did a custom bike with a swing arm I modded to fit. As I test fitted/machined and adjusted the firmest I would spin the rear wheel to test the chain alignment and it would make clicking noise like you’re describing until I got it properly aligned.

Also if no one's mentioned it check for tight spots in the chain

Ok so for an update. The clicking is gone. I had all bearings replaced in the back wheel so I guess that fixed the issue. I havent rode it yet bc its been raining since I got back. Hope to get on it this weekend.
Thanks for all the input.. I appreciate it.
I did  install the air suspension- Arnott. Heres a video.. Love it so far!
