Just wondering if anybody knows why my bike wont go over 80mph...Any helps is apreciated.

 Let it rev a bit more, then shift into second around 90 :D

Make sure your clutch switch is working... ECU needs to see a clutch on/off to work properly... otherwise you are in limp mode.

 My first thoughts on an underperforming busa would be fuel pump and filter
