Gen 2 dash question
« on: May 07, 2020, 07:18:05 PM »
Tech question, working on a Gen 2 with a cut down harness, trying to get tach to work, so far going to dash is 12 volt+, negative,  tach signal wire--ohmed out from ecu to dash, and oil sender. Dash cycles with key but no tach with engine running, even tried another known good dash. What else does dash need to see?

Tach Signal, Pin 6 from the ECU?  (reading off of my wiring chart).

Seems Gen 2 has 2 12 volt feeds to dash, hooked second and voila!
