looking for any ideas on a repair. i have a new battery, when key is turned the starter relay clicks, and the lights on the pc3 come on after about 3-5 seconds it clicks again and the lights go out on the pc3 . i have power into the starter solenoid, but no power coming out to the starter. when i turn the key headlight and tailight come on . any ideas
